Earl graduated in Business from Western Michigan University in 1983 with a concentration in management.

He started his career in financial planning at Cigna Financial Group. Earl later joined MassMutual, in January of 1989.

In 1990 Earl completed a three-year program with the American College to obtain designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant.

Earl is a Registered Representative of MML Investor Services, LLC.

Earl enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, and is a loyal fan of the Detroit Lions.
