Meet Demetrice

As Director of Investments at MassMutual Great Lakes, I empower financial professionals to achieve excellence. I help to support their growth through comprehensive training, recruitment, and retention strategies. My focus is on enhancing their capabilities in portfolio construction, investment management, and operational practices.

My mission is to make financial knowledge accessible to all. I believe that everyone, regardless of background, deserves access to the tools and education needed to build wealth. I aim to bridge the wealth gap and empower individuals to secure their financial future by providing guidance and support.

With a deep-rooted passion for finance, I've dedicated my career to making a positive impact. My journey began at MassMutual's home office, where I gained valuable experience in retail sales trading and relationship management. I further honed my skills as a proprietary equity trader at a Wall Street trading firm.

Inspired by my family's experiences, I've committed to helping others achieve financial security. Witnessing my parents' diligent budgeting and the subsequent challenges they faced, I realized the importance of proactive financial planning. I strive to equip individuals with the knowledge and strategies to create lasting wealth for themselves and future generations.

As a proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University, I hold a bachelor's degree in Finance & Business Management. I have also earned my FINRA Series 7, 57, and 63 securities licenses, which enable me to offer comprehensive investment advice, products, and services, including Life Insurance.
