A Message to our community: We remain committed to serving you

03/27/2020

To our community and those we serve,

Our team of financial services professionals remains available and ready to serve you during this time of uncertainty.

On March 23rd, Governor Whitmer signed the “Stay Home, Stay Safe” Executive Order to suspend in-person operations deemed non-essential in Michigan. MassMutual Great Lakes is considered an Essential Service and remains available during this time to serve our clients and community.

To protect the wellbeing of our team, our physical office locations have been closed for in-person service and meetings. We have taken steps to provide the technology, tools, and resources needed for our financial services professionals to serve their clients and community partners remotely.

While the impact of these conditions may seem unprecedented at the moment, in many ways, MassMutual has been here before, as we have delivered financial security for our customers for nearly 170 years.

We remain committed to reflecting on our core values to guide us during times of uncertainty:

• Authentically optimistic
• Transparent
• Reliable
• Resourceful
• Committed to Mastery & Excellence (in serving others)

Please consider our team as a resource to address your questions or concerns in the areas of insurance, investments, and retirement planning.

Contact your local advisor for servicing and financial checkup priorities.
